Horse Box Glamping Pembrokeshire Bybrook Hideaway

Henrietta The Horse Box

Henrietta the horse box spent a long and busy career ferrying polo ponies around the countryside. The horsebox has been tastefully converted into a comfortable and restful holiday hideaway. The horsebox is self-contained, with an en-suite wetroom and small kitchen. A woodburning stove will keep you warm even if the weather does turn chilly.

A very comfortable settee allows you to sit inside and take in the picturesque views of the valley through the french doors. At night the settee converts to a comfortable double bed. Additional sleeping accommodation for two people is available above the cab of the horsebox; children and teenagers will just love this space!

Pembrokeshire Alpacas Bybrook Hideaway

During her working life Henrietta’s two ramps made easy access for loading and unloading horses, now the ramps are fixed open and provide two floating patios where you can sit out and soak in the morning sunshine, or enjoy the colourful sunsets.

Inside Henrietta you will find all the crockery, cutlery and cookware you need for up to four people, right down to a corkscrew and bottle opener! Bedding is supplied for the double bed settee. One sack of wood is supplied for the woodburner. We can supply additional fuel for the woodburner and logs for the firepit at a small cost. You need to bring clothes, towels, torches (it gets very dark at night!) and food. Welly boots are a good idea if you fancy tramping into the woods and streams that border the fields.
